RETURN & REFUND

We are dedicated to making you feel comfortable and confident when shopping on Everythingfortheboat If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of 30 days return/refund from the date of their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.
We advise you to keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your own reference.

1. All product returns must comply with the following rules:

(1) If the item has any quality problem, such as bad items and broken/defective products received from us, we will bear the shipping charges for exchange or return.

(2) If there is no quality problem, you must pay the shipping costs for the exchange or return, such as choosing the wrong size or other personal reasons.

Kindly Reminder: First, contact our customer service representative for a return address if you wish to exchange or return the item.

You have 7 days to contact us, otherwise no return, refund or exchange will be made even if you returned the item before contacting us. After contacting us within the time frame described above, you can proceed.

Do not forget to send the article with the original package. Everything for the boat is not responsible if these shipments are lost by the carrier or not received at our facility.

2. Return procedures:


(1) Pack the item in its original packaging and enclose the order number in its packaging.

(2) Get the return address from our customer service and send the package to this address.

(3) Please inform us the tracking number and the parcel delivery company back.

(4) Keep your shipping receipt until you receive the refund or exchange of the item, otherwise, we are not able to issue for lost parcels in transit.

(5) When we have received the returned package, we will refund you. You are able to get the refund within 10-15 business days.

Note: You must return all parts, including the promotional product. If you decide to purchase the promotional product, please contact our customer service directly.

3. Conditions that you can not return your items:

(1) Items are damaged by misuse or poor maintenance after receipt.

(2) All products worn, used, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable
